Terms of Sale & Use
Last updated · July 2026
These terms govern your use of the SignalNames website and any purchase of a listed domain. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Listings & pricing
Listings are informational and not a binding offer to sell. Prices and availability can change without notice. Where a listing shows "Make offer", any figure you submit is a non-binding proposal until both parties agree in writing.
Inquiries & offers
Submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm the terms of sale in writing (email is acceptable). We may decline any offer at our sole discretion.
Transfer & payment
Once terms are agreed, the buyer and seller confirm the transaction structure, transfer timeline, and agreed third-party process. The buyer typically pays escrow fees, and the domain is released after cleared funds. Registrar transfer times are outside our control. Payment plans and lease-to-own are available on some listings by written agreement.
No warranties on use
We do not guarantee that a domain is suitable for any particular business, trademark, or jurisdiction. Buyers are responsible for their own trademark and legal due diligence.
Prohibited use
You may not use this site to send spam, scrape at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or make offers in bad faith. We may block access and refuse to deal at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SignalNames is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or a domain purchase. Our total liability in connection with any transaction will not exceed the amount paid to us for that domain.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
